Tangram perform market research services, providing the necessary information for the project, and permitting Tangram to begin work, the client agrees to be bound by the foregoing Terms and Conditions. No service engagement will commence until the client has formally accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The client's written approval or execution of the project quotation, statement of work, or separate agreement referencing these Terms and Conditions shall constitute acceptance. Alternatively, the client may indicate acceptance by returning a signed copy of these Terms and Conditions to Tangram.

The specific services offered may change from time to time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website and in our marketing materials accurate and up-to-date.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Tangram website, services, and materials (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents) are owned by Tangram or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

Tangram Research and Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with our services.



8. Disclaimer of Warranties :
We provide our services as they are, without any guarantee that they will be perfect or suitable for your needs. We cannot promise that our services will always be available, free of errors, or free from viruses.



9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
